Runup is in an invite-only beta. This page explains what happens to the details you send when you request early access on joinrunup.com.
Who is responsible
Runup is operated by MLLAB, a société par actions simplifiée (SAS) registered in France under SIREN 106 063 167, whose registered office is at La Censie – La Chapelle (La Chapelle-Saint-Sauveur), 44370 Loireauxence, France. Its president is Melchior Labrousse. You can reach us at labroussemelchior@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you request access, we receive:
- your email address;
- what you want to build, where you are today (just an idea, started, or already selling), and a link if you add one;
- which button opened the form, the website that sent you here (its domain only), and any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_…).
This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser keeps a note, for the current visit only, that you have already sent the form, so it isn’t sent twice. That note never leaves your device.
Why we use it
We only use your details to review your request and to contact you about access to Runup. We don’t sell them, and we don’t share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Supabase stores the requests in a database. The public website can add a request but can’t read any.
- Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request while the beta runs. We delete it when you ask us to, or once we no longer need it to contact you about access.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to labroussemelchior@gmail.com. If you think we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
